Refund policy

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However if you are not for any reason, you have 30 days to return the item from the date of receipt.

Please note that refunds are not issued on custom-made, altered or personalised items.

We will refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item in the same condition in which it was sent to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.
