Thank you for shopping with Falcieri Designs. This policy sets out everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation unless I am on vacation. If this is the case I will contact you with details of any delays and if you wish to proceed with your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During sale periods, new product launches, or other high-demand events, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays via email or our website.
Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
2. Domestic shipping (UK)
We offer various shipping costs using standard shipping, depending on the order value. These costs are calculated at checkout. If you require a different shipping method please contact me via my contact page.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. International deliveries may be subject to delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Falcieri Designs is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
5. Shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Falcieri Designs is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

Lost orders
An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 business days of the estimated delivery date. In this case, we will offer either a full replacement or a refund.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:
• Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s)
• Email us at falcieridesigns@yahoo.co.uk with your order number and photos
• Do not dispose of the packaging before we have resolved your claim
We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have reviewed your claim.
7. Failed delivery attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your carrier will typically leave a notification card and attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point. Please follow the carrier instructions on the card.
If a parcel is held at a depot and not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that redelivery charges may apply.
8. PO boxes and alternative addresses
We are able to deliver to PO Boxes for standard parcels. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes for oversized or high-value items. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
9. Changes to this policy
Falcieri Designs reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
